When can I expect to receive my order?
Please note that our delivery options refer only to the delivery time frame and not to the time required to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within 1 to 2 business days of ordering, some orders may take additional time.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders will ship out within 1 to 2 business days of ordering. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 48 hours to process.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Green Apple cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?
We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

When will I be charged?
You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.

How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email. If you are a registered user, simply log in to your account. Guest users must enter their order number and billing zip code.

How do I track my order?
To track your order simply log in to your account. You will then be able to view all of your order and shipping details.

RETURN POLICY
***Returns must be sent to the address it was shipped from. Shipping costs will not be refunded.***
Customers have 14 days from shipping date to notify us of the need to return purchased goods.
Replacement product will be sent out once the returned product has been received.

Please note that colours appearing on our store will vary slightly depending on how your monitor is calibrated.
